Summary:

She was just a hurt woman in the arms of her...friend, colleague, partner. Someone who was there for her through thick and thin in all those years, someone who covered her back and saved her life, someone who always respected her distance until she let him in. He was stronger than her right now, and she let him.

Short answer is, yes, it will.

Long answer, because now I feel like I have to explain myself, is that I decided to remove the story for a few reasons. I started it in 2016, as my first real fanfiction, and (as a lot of us have since 2016) I’ve grown a lot, my writing style has changed hugely, and my confidence in myself and writing what I want to write has really developed. As such, I felt that I couldn’t leave the story as it was in its current state. It got to the point where I couldn’t bear to even look at it. But the thing is, that I really love that story, I put so much into it over the years and, I just want to do the best job that I can of telling it. So, yeah, I’ve removed DMLE, and I want to work now on re-writing it. Most of the plot won’t really change, but there are whole chapters (mainly toward the beginning) that I would like to fully rip to shreds and re-construct. Chapter breaks may change, new scenes will go in, and I just thought it would be easier to have a clean slate and repost it completely as I go.
