The Friar pulled an apologetic expression but didn't stop, translucent form gliding away down the corridor. Although her teeth were chattering, she couldn’t help but reminisce with a strange wistfulness, for she hadn’t been caught unawares by a ghost since her first year. And despite her newest predicament - after all, it would be a bit of a headache, but she was certain she could finagle a hostage situation to her advantage - there was a certain buoyancy to her step as she set off down the stairs to retrieve her bag. Hogwarts was home, after all, with all of its peculiar idiosyncrasies, and as long as she was in the castle, she was -
