Derry Girls is so fucking embarrassing but not quite embarrassing enough to make me stop watching and it’s also hilarious so

but Erin does get followed by her crowd of friends when she’s forced to leave

i know there’s a lot of comedy derived from the mums dad being a total dick to gerry but i’m starting to get REAL tired of it. literally the only sensible person in the house

and this goddamn granda needs to be fucking schooled for once for being such an utter total fucking dick

sister michael is SO GOOD

(ok so they gave gerry reinforcements and gave them One Single genuine moment of connection)

things i noticed that SEEM to have changed:

less fish

The first dude she slept with no longer seemed to be divorced already

The people she walked by in the street were different - specifically i remember the couple didn’t have a baby any more the second time

lizzy(?) no longer seems to have a young girlfriend

Max started cooking earlier?

the flowers wilting in real time obviously

and things keep dissapearing
