i don't wanna make an account on genius can somebody go correct the lyric meaning thing for dive. it does not sit right with me that that's the primary and only interpretation on there rn without even addressing what the song is actually about. i am totally fine with csa being addressed in media ok i'm not being a prude i'm annoyed because the song is literally about something else. that is an interesting secondary reading of a song that is primarily about addiction.
i don't mean to be rude but like. if you can read. and you know anything about mcr or gerard way or the time period this was written in. it is blindingly obvious that this song is about gerard's relapse first and foremost. how do you miss that.
