This week is Invisible Disabilities Week. I was diagnosed in 2014 with Fibromyalgia and also suffer from Depression and Anxiety. It’s sometimes difficult to have an invisible illness because people tend to not believe you or think you’re making it up. I follow @selmablair on here and bought this shirt after she posted about it a few months ago. Seeing her journey as she maneuvers through life with her illness has inspired me to keep pushing forward and make the best of the situation I'm in. I know some days will be better than others and that I need to focus on the positives. It does get hard when there’s no end in sight but I am grateful for those people in my life who have stood by my side and supported me through this the last 6 years. Be kind to each other and care for those around you. You never know what they might be going through. #fibromyalgia #invisibleillness #disabledlookslikeme #invisibledisability #mentalhealth #spoonie (at Santa Ana, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CGgISKhgakd/?igshid=1yjxsmtxiv0h
