When I ask for directions, please don’t use words like “East”. 🗺 😆 ⠀⠀ Is anyone else like this? ⠀⠀ I honestly don’t know how I survived during one of my past wildlife jobs. I was a Mexican Spotted Owl Research Technician in Arizona for a couple months. ⠀⠀ I had to hike around the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest at night via headlamp, to different dots on a map. I got there by looking at the topo lines, a compass, and my GPS. ⠀⠀ And when I arrived at each spot, I had to break the eery silence of the night to hoot like that owl and listen for a response. 🦉 More on that another time lol. I have just started listening to a podcast on Spotify called Directionally Challenged with @candiceking and @kaylaewell and it is awesome!
