Artist's Note: A contest entry for the chibi monster challenge by one of my chibi group and just in time for Halloween. A genie was choosen for me and I wanted to do a different look then the usual blue, or arabian night type of style genie. I have to say this was an interesting one and this might of sparked me to take on the monster girl challenge. Wish me luck dear.
