East India House - 2 oz Hennessy Cognac VSOP, 1/2 oz Diplomatico Anejo Venezuelan Rum, 1/2 oz Cointreau Triple sec, 1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice and 2 dashes orange bitters. Shaken and fine strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
