As of right now, no. I am aware that Lucy speaks a different language, but I can’t tell what yet... It might change in the future though.
Balan and Lance on the other hand, since the theater travels from place to place, I want to say they speak multiple languages. They’ve been around for 3000 years after all. I’m sure they’ve picked up some languages here and there.

Hi i am from Czech republic and i saw the conversation about what kind of nickname Jackie gave hyde in their language so i thought i shared mine as well in my country she said that he was her myšáček which is basically mouse but not really a mouse because mouse is a myš in our language but myšáček is more like a cute changed word to make it moře cute than a myš so it is a cute nickname and i also watch the show in English i like to watch that show both in English and Czech
