I remember talking to Connie, (@conniecentanni) his wife, when Marino was actually in the midst of his interview before joining 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo BOMBANA and without knowing who she was we started to talk like we would when hosting any one of our guests. Over the past 5 years Marino and I have had countless arguments or disagreements about how the bar should be run versus how the restaurant should grow. And to be honest that’s what you do, you discuss, agree or disagree and then you move on with the vision that you have and achieve that.
