I am liberating + reclaiming myself.

I don’t need to change myself to be, think, feel, or behave according to anyone’s requirements or standards to be worthy of love or to receive love.

I don’t need your approval.

It’s not a necessity that I have to be liked or that you like me.

I’m not obsessing over if you like me. 

I’m not seriously attached to if you approve of me.

I am not afraid of rejection.

I’m not worried about what you think of me.

You cannot manipulate me with your anger, frustration, or disapproval because I don’t exist to please you.

I am not afraid of myself- or anyone else. I do not fear you, your opinions, thoughts, or feelings about me.

I don’t hesitate, I act.

I don’t overthink, I do.

I face my fears. All of them.

I’m not afraid to step up, take risks, or lead.

I contribute myself -and my gifts- fully with meaningfulness, purpose, boldness and fierce determination.

I don’t need to push myself to achieve quickly or impress anyone.

I will be patient with myself and allow myself the time I need.

I don’t need to control others’ perceptions of me to feel secure.

I am allowed to fail and make mistakes.

I extend the same grace and forgiveness to myself that I give to others. 

I have let go of old, toxic beliefs and patterns that don’t serve me or others, and that kept me feeling overly responsible for others and guilty. 

I let in love. 

I choose to be kind, caring, attentive, generous, compassionate, loving to my best capacity- even when it’s difficult.

I’m eradicating self-doubt, anxiety, fear, terror, torment, insecurity, timidity, defeat, suppression, hiding, perceived inadequacies,lies, worry, hesitation, inferiority, self-consciousness, guilt, obligation, tension, avoiding, resignation, bitterness, resentment, blaming, any other negative, unhealthy hold in my heart, mind, or life that would limit my ability to give, love, or experience life with true joy and freedom as my best and most authentic self.

I am free and my heart is clear.

I trust myself.

I am confident.

I am happy, comfortable with myself.

I am secure.

I am content.

I am grateful.

I am desirable.

I am loveable.

I have value. 

I am worthy of love.

I am allowed to take care of myself without guilt.

I take ownership of my feelings, thoughts, and actions.

I am allowed to feel my emotions fully and they are valid as my own.

I express how I feel.

I express my wishes and desires.

I will speak up for myself. 

I am direct.

I ask for what I want.

People take me seriously.

People are attracted to me.

I stand up for what I believe in- even when it creates friction. 

I’m not afraid to disagree or challenge you.

I will assert myself, my opinions, ideas, and desires freely.

I stand behind my convictions and am willing to have difficult conversations.

I have no obligation to please you.

I can say no when it’s the right thing for me to do.

I don’t have to agree with you.

I won’t laugh if it’s not funny.

I don’t believe your opinions are more valuable than my own; I highly value what I think, feel, believe. It matters because I matter.

I don’t need to try to impress anyone.

I don’t need to perform for anyone when I socialize.

I will be genuine, honest, vulnerable, and real.

I am done making myself small. 

I will not diminish myself or reduce myself for anyone.

I am not ashamed of myself.

I won’t hide parts of myself.

I won’t hold back.

I honor connection and understanding in relationships.

I am allowed to set boundaries and will hold you to respect them.

I don’t maintain close relationships with people who belittle me, gossip about me, are dis-genuine, or who’s presence make me feel “less than.”

I seek deep connection, authentic self-expression, vulnerability, genuine love.

I surround myself with healthy, genuine people allow me space to be real and who embrace me as I am; show me affection and their full attention, both listen without judgement and speak to the truth of who I am; who support me, encourage me, challenge me higher, grow with me, put in balanced effort to know, understand, love me, honor and respect me.

I take full ownership over the direction of my life.

I have the power to choose different for myself.

I choose activities and people that allow me to be my most relaxed, confident, powerful, true self.

I choose to surround myself with healthy relationships.

I am known and fully loved. 

I show curiosity and compassion to myself as I grow in self-awareness.

I choose to be myself.

I love and approve of myself.

I give myself permission to be and exist. 

I am free.

I know who I am.

I know what I believe in and value.

I come from a place of power, of choice, and I’m going after what I want with unstoppable energy with power.

I am fierce, courageous, determined.
