   Standing outside the Colosseum she had been looking down at her hand, spinning that ring casually around on her finger before the sight of her blood caught her eye. Hands moving down to her shirt, she ran them over the blood soaked area as the memory played on what happened. Tears filled her eyes and they closed tightly. Lucifer had to deal with his family right now but she wouldn't just disappear...she didn't have the will to run right now anyway.

   Having sent all of his siblings home, minus Michael and also having asking Maze to send her siblings home, Lucifer dismantled the flaming sword, sighing to himself. This was all going to take some time for him to process. Not moments ago he was burning to ashes in front of the woman he loved and the next thing he knew he was stopping her from killing his brother, not to mention his new status on top of all that.

  Trixie would smile more at the mention of Zack wondering if she knew them. She laughed a little and nodded slowly. “Yeah    “ She did a double look down at him. She leaned over to whisper. “They are the reason you’re still alive, aside from dad going full devil when some demons kidnapped mom. At least, that’s what I remember them talking about when I was eavesdropping on them,” Trixie wasn’t dumb, she knew all along and it wasn’t a bother to hide it all now, least of all from her brother. She smiled sweetly at him. “You’re a lot like mom you know. I think you got the best of both of them…”  Ziencora would snicker slightly before putting her hand up to press against his shoulder from the back. She knew Lucifer was barely holding on for the sake of his family here. She looked over the grave and the surrounding area and would slowly let it all sink in. She slowly started to laugh seeing it all. “My, Lucifer…this history these grounds have,” She would pat his shoulder again. “Consider it done…say your peace to your kids Lucifer. I’ll handle Lux, in your wake,” She would look up at him grinning. “Till you decide you had your fill back home, that is,” She knew where he would be going, least of all worried about how long it took them to all come home.

 Zack looked towards his sister with an eyebrow cocked up when she explained who the two mysterious people were. He looked back over towards them for a second before looking back towards Trixie. "You're the one that looks like mom the older you get. Me I'm a mini dad..." He teased with a laugh before he sighed a little and shook his head. "I knew you knew, I just didn't want to be the one to out you..." He teased again, trying to lighten the spirits of the day.

 Jonathan sighed softly before he let more of a grin spread across his face when Ziencora told Lucifer to say his goodbyes. They all knew he needed to go find his love. He needed her by his side and that wasn't going to happen on Earth. "Go, we'll hold the fort here for the time being, like Zien said." He added nudging his head over towards the kids.

        “  No, it doesn't. Because this isn't about me. This is about you. Not gonna let you use me as an excuse to avoid dealing with what is behind all of this. You always talk about how much you hate being blamed for humanity's sins. You know, "The Devil made me do it," and I think I know why you hate it so much because deep down, you blame yourself just as much... if not more! You have to stop taking responsibility for things you can't control. Lucifer... you need to forgive yourself.  ”

‘It’s all true.’

There was a time when he’d longed to hear those words, when he really just wanted her to understand, to realize that everything he’d been saying all these years was true. He’d come so close to showing her, and if those wings hadn’t sprouted from his back, then he was sure that he would have. But he’d struggled, he’d struggled for so long with the wings, with accepting who he was growing into, that in the end, he’d never gotten around to it.

And now...

The timing could not possibly be worse.

Cain, dead at his feet - the only human life he’d ever taken, and granted, it was self-defense, but that hardly detracted from the meaning of it all - his devil face back at last, bloodied and torn apart angel wings painfully tucked away... And of course, all of it happened when things were finally working out between him and Chloe.

She said she didn’t see him as the Devil, but now - well, he’d hardly have any choice, would she?

And everything was going so well.

“It’s alright.” He assured her, moving to take a step forward before thinking better of it. “It’s alright, Detective. Everything is alright.”

He could still remember Doctor Linda’s reaction to him revealing his true face to her. And it’d been different then - they’d been in her office, talking, and there’d been warning, even if she didn’t believe him. Now... He couldn’t help but worry that he might have just lost Chloe completely.
