I imagine that while theres many ways to live as a guardian (in the city, in the wild, maybe their ship?) A lot choose to live near or in the tower-

-which makes me think of one thing. College style dorm housing. Imagine it! We all know our heroes act like college kids (dancing, fighting, goofing around) imagine them living in dorms.

Like:

Fireteams rooming together!

A kinderguardian rooming with a veteran

Guardians dealing with communal bathrooms (especially when people forget their shit)

A veteran's room being filled with souvenirs from everywhere- the moon to the Dreaming City.

A kinderguardian moving into a room suddenly vacated by an entire fireteam's death

Past guardians leaving notes for the next person to room there

A mess of different kind of music blasting down the halls

Hot summer days leads to everyone opening their doors to circulate air

Random dance parties in the halls

Yelling down the hall to friends/loud neighbors

Odd signs being posted

Everyone having to vacate whenever someone uses their light and trips the fire alarm. At 3 am

The OC (that is clearly not in my profile picture dead giveaway) is named Hayato. like I said earlier I'm a sucker for Canon x OC shipping so we know where this boy is (AGAIN THE PICTURE GIVES IT AWAY). He's a pro hero with a Time Manipulation quirk. basically how it works is that he can only stop time for himself for around 7.375 seconds per minute. might sound a bit weird or OP but it's really not. If he goes past his time limit, he'll be in a coma for sure. how long that is depend on how many milliseconds he overused his quirk. I haven't figured out a costume design for him yet but his signature item that is on him whether he's on duty or not is one of his 25 different custom watches (yes, he has an obsession) that sync up to his quirk and tell him exactly down to the millisecond how much time he has left.

the way I designed him as far as looks is kind of weird cause I actually thought about it instead of just saying "haha you have this hair color". he actually dyes the top of his hair the silver grey color out of habit, there's no real reason yet but the way I see it since his natural hair color is black, the colors resemble those of a plain wall clock, the black representing the hands and numbers and the silver representing the white space/backsplash.

As for the other OC:

I actually just started working on her a few days ago (because fuck me and my inability to not Canon x OC ship 😂) cause of my very newfound and strong love I have for the big dumb Inasa. Her name is tentative to change but right now I chose Suzume, which is sparrow in Japanese. I actually thought a bit about it and since Hayato's name can translate to falcon person, why not keep the bird trend going since I plan on making her his little jealous sister.

Why jealous? Cause she's gonna be quirkless. Mind you I've never seen someone around here make a quirkless OC, so I thought it would be interesting to see how it would turn out. I have to mess around with kinks of how Inasa and her would meet, because originally I was going to have her in the business class at U.A. because she did grow up wanting to help people and the like, but that also meant that it would be a little while before she would actually meet him. So I thought that she would be able to go to Shiketsu, but there's nothing in canon saying that every single school has their own thing for Business and Support classes, yeah? So I'm conflicted, but I'll figure out soon
