I haven't spoke about it much here, but I got a huge chunk of my benefits stopped/denied 18 months ago and I've been fighting to get them back ever since and yesterday I got it all awarded back - including a higher amount for a chunk of it, and also a longer award.!!!

My toilet seat broke and I bought a new one. Pink and good quality to last bc just sensible. Okay the pink is for joy lol. And then my air fryer broke like 2 days later (yelling). It's what I use to make everything alongside microwave and rice cooker bc my oven is broke and I need easy and convenient. (Food issues). So had major stress about that but my friend just bought me a new one person one and it's arriving tomorrow ππ
I'm so fortunate to have friends who care and help me when they can otherwise I'd just fall apart. Literally.
Also at the weekend my other friend came over to help me put together my new PC desk I got like over 2 months ago with money I saved last year. It was sitting in my ADHD graveyard for ages lol but got a lovely new work setup and more space ππ₯°
But also I've got another period starting a week after the previous one ended. Fuck my reproductive system fr man. Need this gyno appointment Now lol

Having a bad bout of insomnia lately but starting a short pre trauma therapy thing online for 4 weeks on Thursday. I probably won't start the proper one until Dec/Jan as wait list is long but we all get invited to do this short online course thing. Hope it's useful at least.
It's for my SA trauma which is pretty extensive and I'm wary about therapy at all. It's specialised specifically for SA so we'll see
