so redwall?

This was possibly one of the worst assignments she could have been given. What business did she have investigating magic? She didn’t use it, didn’t really need it, either. There were so many people better suited for this particular job, and Bobbi was perfectly fine with admitting that.

But apparently no one else was available. Or willing. Wasn’t all of this Strange’s domain anyway? The blonde was fairly certain he had it under control. Mostly, at least. 

The stupid tracker had been leading her around the city for hours and she now found herself in some dive-bar in a nor-so-nice part of town. At the very least, she’d be able to grab a drink. Bobbi was a few minutes away from giving up for the day. She approached the bar, sliding onto one of the free stools and catching the bartender’s eye. 

“Whiskey, on the rocks-- Actually, can you make that a double?”

and then he trips and breaks it

“It sure does, which means it’s either stupid, a risk or both.”

Alice stepped inside of a bar in New York, not one of her usual spots but it had been recommended by one of the older Physical kids. She had gone with a group and most had already dispersed to begin drinking or dancing with people they would likely never see again. She shrugged and she moved to one of the arcade machines in the corner, playing a few rounds before finally and going to get herself a drink.

It was a busy night and she watched as the bartender went through getting the drinks out to people, and then finally someone came to join her and so the young bartender could take her break. She asked for a mint julep when the other bartender got to her, but she was distracted by the other bartender.

She seemed different, something a bit off and it felt like her own magic was retracting away from the other woman. A hedgewitch? She thought, but she had met other hedgewitches and none of them had made her feel like this. Alice began to move towards where the other young woman was, just to see if it was really her that was causing the reaction.

“It’s busy here tonight isn’t it?” Alice asked with a smile and a motion to the other patrons.

     A smirked curled on her lips when she spotted her once friend Maya.  Now she didn’t have the need for friends nor did she want them.  It seemed like a waste truthfully. She didn’t need anything any more.  Her only desire was to create chaos and enjoy.
