These Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon, and Pineapple Kabobs are a mouthwatering combination of sweet and savory flavors. Perfect for your next barbecue or summer gathering, these kabobs are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes. 8 slices of bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks. 1 cup teriyaki sauce. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon minced ginger. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put honey, minced garlic, ginger, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix these together to make the marinade. Put the chicken cubes in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Then, pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better taste. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Alternate between putting the chicken that has been marinated, bacon pieces, and pineapple chunks on the wooden skewers that have been soaked. Put the kabobs on the grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over and basting them with the marinade you saved, until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is golden. Enjoy while hot!

Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Place chicken cubes in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken cubes and pineapple chunks alternately onto soaked wooden skewers. Brush the kabobs with the remaining marinade. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the pineapple has a nice char.
