I’ve so much work to catch up on with online classes and medical things have been a bit stressful (nothing to fret over). Doing some research into genetic testing to look for potential markers in dna that increase risk of certain illnesses, which I honestly find fascinating. Also eyeing a potential job position to apply for. Idk if I have the mentality to handle adding it to my schedule, but there’s no loss in applying. Just a lot of jumbled thoughts and anxiety; my AuDHD is having a hayday combating each other.
