You know whats fucking awesome? Traveling.
Would you buy a bra that fits asymmetric breasts? Iâm super curious to see if there would actually be a demand.â¨â¨I feel like this decision could give some insite on your feelings toward your (or otherâs) breasts.
Purchasing a bra like this could mean âscrew societies view on what constitutes as a perfect body image, Iâm making a statementâ or âI dont give a shit, just give me something that fitsâ.
â¨â¨Or would you shy away from a product like this, in lue of conformation, fitting in or... being ashamed of them boobs?. You want your breasts to be equal sized, so youâll buy the typical bra, tweak things a bit, and boom, âlook at me, this is how I want others to see meâ or â thereâs a standard I set for myself, and im going to try to reach it, regardless of what inspired it.â
If youâve always had breasts that arenât perfectly identical, it doesnât mean something is wrong with youâitâs simply the way they are, Sherry Ross, M.D., a womenâs health expert at Providence Saint Johnâs Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif., and author of She-ology: The Definitive Guide to Women's Intimate Health. Period., tells SELF.
Your ears, eyes, feet, and labia arenât carbon copies, she points out, so why should your boobs be identical? A lot of this is dictated by your genes, she says, and if your mom and grandmother have mismatched boobs, the odds are pretty high that you do, too.â¨â¨

Breast asymmetry is a very common concern among women, adolescents and adults alike. No one is born with perfectly symmetric breasts and mild to moderate differences in breast shape, or a 1-2 cup size difference, or position in the developing adolescent are to be expected. Moreover, breast asymmetries that persist beyond puberty affect more than half of all women! In fact, one study in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, out of 100 women who wanted breast augmentation with implants, 88 percent had natural asymmetries. At a time when our body and mind are changing rapidly, when is breast asymmetry a cause for concern? Having uneven breasts may impact a young womanâs body image -nipntuck.com
âI am in the same boat - DD/E one side, C/D the other. I've always been asymmetric too and at times it's really got me down, even though we're all told that it's normal and no one is perfectly symmetrical. I remember when I was in secondary school (21 now) I was so self-conscious and would only wear heavily padded bras, and was verging on paranoia about tops being wonky because of my wonky boobs. A great discovery was bras where the padding is removable and could take it out of one side so as to balance the girls out a little more - could be an avenue to explore if you haven't already. I still don't understand that if uneven breasts are the norm, then why aren't more bras made this way? Still, the only real advice I can offer is to learn to love yourself. It's so easy to say but harder to believe, especially when coping with low self-esteem and the world we live in being plastered with photoshopped bodies of celebrities etc 24/7. Do things that make you feel good and that you can be proud of, and it makes it easier to hold your head a that bit higher every day. There is so much to experience in the world and so much to seize every day, and while you're getting out there, try to fake it 'til you make it. It works! Face the world with a smile and you're a force to be reckoned with!â -ionlylikeredones, reddit.
"If the only tool you have is a hammer, itâs hard to eat spaghettiâ - David Allen â¨Quality tools, gear and equipment are super important to me. I try my best to buy right and buy once. Getting a cheap alternative to something I definitely need hasnât panned out that well for me. If im starting out, or learning the ropes, thatâs different: it help to get a glimpse of what im getting into. But with enough experience, sometimes thereâs no alternative to saving up for the best. â¨My favourite thing I own is are my âairsâ: my AirPods Pro and my Aer Travel Pack 2. I wear these ear buds in for at least half the day, and I bring this bag with me everywhere. Wether itâs a trip to the coffee shop or (pre-covid) travel the world with. This and a few other items I own are inspired by @packhacker digital nomad packing list. Check these guys out!
