How do you Properly Maintain the TSB Series Decolorization Chemical Pump?
1. After the equipment is installed, a trial run should be conducted. Typically, a two-hour idle run and two oil changes are required, as the TSB chemical decolorization pump may retain some volatile substances after cleaning. After completing the above operations, normal operation can resume.
2. After operating the TSB chemical centrifugal pump in cold winter conditions, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump housing must be removed to drain the medium. This procedure prevents the pump housing from cracking due to freezing.
4. Regularly inspect the wear condition of the sleeve. If severe wear is detected, it should be replaced immediately. If the pump remains idle for an extended period, the TSB series chemical centrifugal pump must be completely disassembled, drained of accumulated water, and all rotating components and joints must be reinstalled and lubricated before proper storage.
5. Regularly inspect the quality of the lubricating oil. If deterioration is detected, the oil should be replaced promptly to ensure normal equipment operation.
6. Regularly check the oil level position. If it does not meet the standard, adjust it promptly. When the TSB chemical centrifugal pump is in operation, the oil level must be at the midpoint of the oil level mark.
7. Users should determine the oil change interval based on actual operating conditions and the ability to meet performance standards. Generally, it is recommended to change the oil every 100 hours after the TSB chemical decolorization pump has drawn clean, dry gas. When no iron particles are visible in the oil, the oil change interval can be appropriately extended.
