no you don't understand a million people could shout at the top of their voices that they love me but just one whisper of yours among them would echo the loudest in my mind.

Dec 4 - well colour me amused... caught the last fish I needed to complete the Dredge base game earlier today, figured I'd wait to get the DLC until they were next on sale. Randomly checked my Steam wishlist earlier this evening... 50% off. So I'm now working through the Iron Rig DLC, after which I'll be heading off to the Pale Reach. And then running around to (once again) find any fish/aberrations I've missed.
Prepped some pork ribs and have them marinating in a mix of Diana sauce, spices, and apple juice, which I figure should give them an interesting flavour.
Supper tonight was chicken burgers, fries, squash, and corn.

Dec 2 - Didn't do much other than my usual of late of gaming and crocheting. Supper was fried pork chops with seasoned boiled potatoes and steamed mixed veg.
Dec 3 - Partially cleaned the upstairs bathroom. Made a pan of banana bread. Supper was hot Italian sausages with mashed potatoes and minted green peas.
Dec 4 - Ran two loads of laundry. Divided up and froze some club packs of ground beef.
Spent the day checking out the window every few minutes because my biggest Black Friday purchase was supposed to be delivered today. Truck never showed up; we had craptastic snowy weather today and according to the local community FB groups the highway conditions were bad, and there was at least one accident that closed things down for a couple hours. So I'm guessing the truck just couldn't get out this way (roads are pretty few and far apart in some areas up here, there's some sections of highway where there's literally no way to detour around anything short of driving many hours in the wrong direction).
Roads have been plowed as of late evening, so hopefully all my stuff will arrive tomorrow, when there's also a different delivery supposedly due to show up. Though I'm not going to be surprised if that ends up being late; Canada Post strike plus seasonal sales of this last weekend means all the courier companies are getting slammed with deliveries, and last I checked tracking it hadn't been picked up yet.
Supper was not quite beef wraps. Brother had picked up corn tortillas and those turned out not to be flexible enough to use for wraps, so it was more "mess of beef wrap ingredients with broken tortilla, eaten with a knife and fork".
Speculation about what happened to the "Mary Celeste," found empty on this day in 1872, was so rife that even famed author Arthur Conan Doyl
