I went to the Death Cafe today. Surrounded by the transformative powers of grief and loss I felt at home in myself. I am able to hold the gaze of death. I am able to hold space for the unknown.

last commissioned drawing i made. version 2 is to be used as a logo for the "everybody dies" private philosophical and psychological group by @lizazaslavskaya. her group branched off the series of #deathcafe events, 37 of which she hosted before endeavouring separate group to establish trust and dive deeper. i do love this kind of work because it helps me to set boundaries of what i have to do and still, finished image looks pretty much like something i'd draw for myself.
