V3D lance: 

lance, stumbling upon a dirty hairless cat in a garbage can: oh my god this is the most hideous creature i’ve ever seen, and that’s saying a lot

keith: we should take it to the shelter

lance, picking up the cat: no fuck off she’s mine forever

DDP lance: 

lance adopts a dog on arus because he needs exercise and the dog needs exercise and it works, okay. sven considers this a godsend because lance can’t talk as much when he’s out of breath. 

bonus: lance forces keith to play fetch with his dog, and keith actually smiles. amazing. maybe you should just pet more dogs, keith.

VF lance: 

lance adopts a slightly-ugly-and-somewhat-undesirable cat from the shelter, like a semi-normal person. they connect on a deep, spiritual level.

VLD lance:

every lance has been so noisy. like, whether it’s positive energy or negative energy, they’ve got a lot of it, and they’re gonna use that energy to verbally express their many, many, many emotions, loudly.
