my @daredevilexchange 2020 gift for @pomegranate-belle who gave the prompts of The Devil & the Huntsman and earth-65 Murderdock, and I simply can’t pass up the chance to draw my favorite horrible lad [ID: earth-65 matt murdock with a terrible, cocky smile, posed for attack and dressed sharply in a rusty red suit with a salmon-pink patterned shirt and matching glasses. there are blood spatters on his clothes; katana drawn and dripping from a fresh kill.]

They are backlit, with garish green and orange light from the karaoke screen highlighting their skin. Their hair is all askew and Karen has hers in a very loose bun because they had been drinking. End ID]

[ID: Frank Castle, only seen from the back of the thighs down, is holding Matt Murdock, only seen from his thighs down, against a wall. Matt is seen in nice trousers, fancy socks and shoes, one foot splayed, the other dress shoe in the air over Frank's hip. There are headlights shining on both, and their shadows spread across the wall away from them. Nearby on the ground is Matt's mobility cane, the hand loop makes a heart shape pointed at them and the bright red on the cane shaft sits illuminated between them. End ID]

For the @daredevilexchange for the wildly talented @rollinsband - prompt: Impiety! I had a lot of fun writing this because I’m trash for Fratt and religious undertones. I even broke my “no Hozier lyric titles” rule because this song was on repeat for like a solid week working on this. Enjoy!

[ID. A bedroom a night. Foggy Nelson is asleep on top of the covers of the bed, wearing only boxers. Foggy clutches a pillow to his chest and in his hand is an old-style flip phone showing the time: 3:57 AM. A bottle of unlabelled prescription pills has spilled off the bedside table and pills are scattered on the wood flood next to three crushed beer cans. There is a toppled beer can in the bed next to Foggy, leaving a dark damp spot on the sheets. A baseball bat leans against the bedside table. The door to the bedroom is open, revealing a long diagonal splash of red light. In the doorway is the red-highlighted silhouette of Daredevil, clutching his ribs with his right hand and leaning against the door frame. He has tracked dark red footprints to where he stands. Daredevil’s shadow slopes into the bedroom, warped and distorted with especially large horns. The shadow of the hand that clings to the door frame falls over Foggy’s foot, as if grasping for Foggy. Outside the window, the moon shines almost full over the city.  end ID]
