He's 25% kryptonian so he does have powers but they're not as strong as the other supers, he still picks up the Superboy mantel though!

I can't decide if he's gonna be like a clone of the two or if he's the result of magic from an adventure gone wrong but he exist!

Lore:Made in a biolab in a biovat by using a unoccupied man made embryos leftover from an old project another rogue was testing. Jonathan Crane and Edward Nygma both wanted to see if the project could be revived.So using both multiple dna samples from their own selves,managed to awaken it with dna,Lazarus Pit water and a biovat to incubate the embryo.Durring their arrest for about a year,the process was fast.Jervis Tetch and Victor Fries kept watch for both men while they found a way to break out and had made sure to change any liquids,temperatures and other important things of the biovat welcoming baby Zavier to his parents when they broke out of prison that same night they both Jon and Edward made it home at about 11pm on October 31st.Their was nightmarish nights the poor baby Zavier would cry for Crane but bite the ever living shit out of Nygma.Zavier gained most Crane's fidgeting traits like rubbing hands in a clockwise motion,pointed ears,sharp canines,long lanky limbs,and the auburn color of his hair and the blue eye.The Nygma traits were the talking too loud when no one was around,the green eye and the orange hair hued at the tips(He does dye it later when he's older) and the light dusted freckles.He studied between both Psychology,Chemestry,and Hardware and Software engineering all in different years of online schooling.Gained trust with other rogue gallery.And has a beast form like Crane's Scarebeast form(Unknown name for it due to I can't think of any)
