A/N: today is movie!Harley's birthday so have some Harley headcanons 🎂

Harley is definitely a birthday girl and wants to go all out as much as she can.

She didn't really get to celebrate her birthday as a child due to her family being so dysfunctional she landed in an orphanage, so you want to help her make her birthday as special as possible to make up for lost time.

Harley tries her best to be chill on her birthday and act like an adult, but she's just too excited.

In the morning she can't wait to open any presents you got her, and even if it's the smallest thing she'll still love it (and you) and be so grateful.

She grew up with basically nothing and was stuck in a lot of shitty situations for a long time so just knowing that someone truly cares about her is more than enough.

But cake is just as good. Sometimes better.

Daytime is for just lazing about and doing whatever Harley wants, whether that's watching TV, trying to go shopping, going out for lunch, or maybe just staying at home and getting hot and heavy.

Night-time, you're going to the club whether you want to or not. You don't have to drink, but she does want you to be there with her.

Considering the clubs she goes to and just how wasted she gets, there's going to be safety in numbers.

If you're not drinking, you expect to be her designated helper because she's going to end up throwing up on somebody's shoes. Let's just hope it's not yours.

Halloween

June is the life of the party, of course. And Rick? Yeah, he’s not all that bothered... He would rather be asleep.

Not really being one for parties, Rick would very much prefer to stay in the house. He’s quite happy to hand out candy and leave it at that.

June is more than happy to stay at home, watch some movies with Rick and have a big night in cuddled up on the couch together, but a big part of her wants to be out celebrating with him and their friends.

Leading up to the day, June convinces her grump to help her put up the decorations. He secretly enjoys helping her out decorating the front yard because she makes sure to go all out each year with some sort of display and does a damn good job at it.

Turns out June's in some sort of competition with the neighbours to see who has the best displays. The neighbours ought to consider themselves lucky that Rick hasn't gotten involved in the competition... He's a whole lot more competitive than June.

Pumpkin carving? Definitely not for Colonel Flag. He can’t stand the smell of them, so there ain’t no way he’s going to carve any…

June likes to buy all the novelty Halloween stuff... So you can guarantee that she's bought Rick a good few pairs of underwear and socks with pumpkins, ghosts and other monsters on them.

“June, I’m not gonna dress up. I’m puttin’ my damn foot down.” He ends up dressed up anyway…

If he finds he has no choice, Rick will leave the costume choices up to June. it's just easier that way.

If they do go to any parties, Rick will complain like hell on the way there but once he's there, he's like a completely different person. With a beer bottle in hand, his friends and June by his side, he lets loose and allows himself to enjoy the night.

He tries to deny it, but he seems to end up enjoying himself a little more as each year goes by.

Taking Bruce Wayne to the Grocery Store Would Involve...

Being younger than Harley.

She is extremely protective of you.

She often steals things for you.

Being best friends as well as sisters.

Giving each other a makeover.

Visiting her every day when she’s in Belle Reve.

When she is chosen for Task Force X, you volunteer yourself to help too because you want to be by your sisters side again.

As much as Harley protests because she doesn’t want to get hurt, you still do it because you want to be able to protect her too like she’s always protected you.

Helping her through her breakup with the Joker.

Being the only person that Harley can be vulnerable around.

Making her realise she doesn’t need a man.

Always being supportive of one another.

Bruce hadn’t really thought of the complications of having two superheroes in their early twenties brought together and occasionally having to live together with the rest of the team during missions

Had he thought about he might have realized the amount of trouble that you and Barry would cause

Or the annoyance that might come as a result of the two of you being bored

You and Barry had a habit of getting into trouble due to this boredom, or rather it’s what Bruce considers trouble

In reality it just means the two of you bothering different members of the team, asking Bruce about the cowl or asking Diana if you can use the lasso on people

Eventually Bruce just has enough and brings you and Barry a Nintendo Switch letting you pick out games that he pays for until the two of you are satisfied with your choices

You and Barry become fairly competitive when it comes to Mario Kart

Neither of you ever really settle on having favorite character, kind of always rotating choices but maybe gravitating towards one more frequently

Yelling at one another for throwing shells

This has on more than one occasion made Bruce come check on the two of you because he thinks you’re legitimately fighting one another

You and Barry trying to get the rest of the team to join you

Honestly most of the time it’s just Alfred who reluctantly joins and then wins every round from then on out

Staying up way to late with Barry to try and get better times on different tracks

When there’s nothing going on this is fine but sometimes you and he are tired the mornings of missions because of how late you were up (if you even went to bed at all)

Clark is obviously a gentleman, his momma raised him right

That being said though, sometimes will need a push in the “right” direction regarding your needs because he may be hesitant

Like he will happily join you in the shower but never will he step up and say that because the last thing he wants you to think is it has to be sexual

That being said! He will happily just shower with you, just shower

Because it’s not just sexual and he really wants you to know that, wants you to know he actually likes you

But because he’s such a gentleman, except all sorts of surprises

Be it little gifts, flowers, cooked dinners, he wants to be your equal meaning he wants you to relax on your hard days just like you let him relax on his hard days

He wants you to know he cares

However, in these times where he’s given you a gift or has offered to take you out, give reassurance

We know he’s not exactly the richest, even if he is Superman he tries to make an honest living and life, so he won’t be able to afford fancy restaurants or large diamonds

That being said, he will happily (and rather prefers actually) to spend your nights watching movies with take out

He likes when it’s just the two of you rather than the two of you in public, likely judging, eyes

Also helps him focus on just you rather than listening to the voices around him or the sights around

That being said, being Superman, he will check in on you, you knowing or not

He just wants to make sure you’re safe, he’s been through a lot losing his dad and jeopardizing people because of who he is, he can’t lose you too or have you hurt the slightest

Also loves when he catches you basking in the sun because he will happily join and be delighted by the feelings both you and the sun give him

Though the sun is hot and he can feel it all, he prefers the warmth you give off

Can sometimes be jealous of Bruce Wayne/Batman

Only because Bruce flirts with you

You know it’s harmless, Bruce has even told you before he just likes to mess with Clark after all they’ve got a weird relationship so you just laugh and shrug

It’s not like there’s any real harm anyways

Because either jealous Clark shows you you belong to him later that evening
