Chicago W4D6 - easy 5 turned 4 Scott and I were feeling pretty tired today from all the driving we've done in the past two days. We made it to Virginia though! After a nap, we decided we needed to do something tonight, so we decided to run to the White House! There's a trail really close to where we are staying, so it was super easy and fun to get there :) Didn't make it to 5 miles, but we did more walking after, so I'm calling it good haha going to lay low tonight and then do more exploring tomorrow! Hope you're all having nice weekends! :)

I have Yurbuds! They are great, but my boyfriend got them for me and so they are just a general size and pop out. I was measured by the Yurbud rep at work and apparently I have small conchas (I laughed) and he gave me a pair with extra small ear thingys which I should probably use. But they are good!
Wish I saw this earlier...I bought a Shuffle at Best Buy after work! And I'm working on your singlet...on Nike Net they only had extra large in that green one. And I think Erin can answer your question about edibles...
I am definitely getting a Spibelt for the Buffalo Marathon! I was wishing I had one for Marine Corps. I still have a scar from my Accel Gel I stuck inside my sports bra on my boob...

Last night, K & I went for a run. What we thought would be a short 2 - 3 mile run turned into a 5 mile run & surprisingly, we were totally okay with the extra distance! The run was (gasp, do I dare say) FUN! The houses in the neighborhoods are Ah-mazing!
If you are in the cathedral heights area (where Wisconsin avenue + Mass Avenue intersect) and are looking for some physical exercise, try this route!
