Finally found out which Kid Flash it is for the Kid Flash and Blue Beetle Young Justice comic and it's Wally West and I am PISSED. I wanted it to be Bart no matter how pissed I am at them constantly making him for some reason look like Wally or making him Kid Flash for no reason when he's literally Impulse. Like I like the whole him taking over as Kid Flash to honor Wally cuz Wally died but it gets to a point and low-key they're just doing it to do it.
I hate the Young Justice TV show but I did love Jaime and Bart's relationship in it and I hoped for so long that they'd canonically have that same relationship in the comics rather than maybe SEEING each other once in a while and not really being friends. We finally could maybe have this chance but they make it WALLY. And it also doesn't even make sense for Wally to be in Young Justice because he'd already be an adult who's been in the Titans group but YJ didn't exist yet. I know this graphic novel probably won't be closely related to the canon of DC comics but it just pisses me off.
I'd like for once for DC to create something new and not have it be something that isn't close to canon at all and is some basically fanfic type shit that doesn't make sense. Like actual fanfics are better than this shit.
Please DC just have Bart and Jaime meet in the canon of the comics and become best friends. I want this so badly, that's the only good thing we got from the YJ tv show.
I wish that it wasn't Wally cuz it just doesn't make sense and I want more Bart content because there's actually SO LITTLE of Bart Allen aka Impulse.

Someone should give me every issue of Impulse (1995) it would be a great investment for the betterment of the entire world
I will always stand on the hill that the Impulse suit is so much better then the Kid Flash suit I get why he switched to the identity Kid Flash but I will always miss the impulse suit it looked so good .
