Killer; The Witch-hunter

An almost delusionally dedicated hunter. Mallick Templar is deadset in his inherited quest to seek out and purge the world of witches. When fate granted him the opportunity to observe one more closely, he found himself begrudgingly developing feelings for her and decided observation was best. So he repayed her kindness with one of his own - sparing her life and locking her somewhere she could be peacefully, harmlessly contained. Someday she’d have to thank him.

Armed with a simple glaive, The Witch-hunter’s true ability is finding ways to entrap and entangle survivors and use their altruism against them.

Perks;

Eyes Only For You - you become obsessed with one survivor. The Survivor in question is afflicted with the hindered status effect and will receive smaller fields for skill checks throughout the trial.. The skillchecks appear 3/5/7% more often,

All For One - When survivors cooperate on a task, their auras are revealed for 4/8/12 seconds.

Survivor; Madeleine Thamsin

Madeleine “Maddie” Thamsin is in her own terms a harmless eclectic witch. In a better life, she would have been more than content to stay alone in her cottage and enjoy the peace and quiet. 

Then Mallick Templar came along asking questions, and Maddie thought if she was just polite and courteous, with a hint of what some might call a “love spell”, he’d be sent away none the wiser. Or at the very least, he wouldn’t do something wildly our of the norms like kidnapping her and locking her in his basement.

Or maybe that was a bit too specific a wish. 

After a few too many attempts to escape, and an incident she was certain was going to end with her death, Madeleine did the unthinkable and reached out to whatever starving forces would take her away from her circumstances. When the fog washed over her and left her in the cold, desolate woods, she remembered her mother’s warnings about using the Black Vale’s invocations.

Perks; 

Threefold Principle - For every three skill checks you hit, you receive a token (max 3). Once you have a token, whenever you miss a skillcheck the noise notification will be shown at the second nearest generator to your placement.

Lead Along - You are more likely to be chosen as the obsession. Whenever the obsession is being chased by the killer, other survivors receive a buff of 1/2/3% when healing/repairing/cleansing totems.
