I do hope they go back and fix daybreak 2 since there’s so many bugs… I’m not sure if db1 is the same but any round in db2 is like impossible to play with how buggy it is!

But I know they’re focusing on remisted right now. besides that everything’s but so amazing I love the donor skins and all the new survivors and killers, I’ve been liking Kade, and carmelita. Their designs and perks are fun and useful, I haven’t played most of the new killers but the false goddess was fun when I played her! I love Cora’s redesign aswell.

I love how far this game as come it means so much to me and being able to see it grow like this was amazing

But speaking of achievements:

Aufhguf trying to get them all can be so frustrating honestly. Maybe you want to get Nathan's achievements but Yan is after milk even if the map is Haverhill, or Crosby's gen saving can be so tantalizing at times (especially if you're far away or the killer camps then gen) Bleh Dx Not gonna say that some achievements are bad or too hard to get, or not worth it; most are cute rewards for specific situations/things you've done and I like that! If you're doing this for your favorite blorbo, it's so worth it and it shows your dedication towards them (but achievements like Jun's, Angelo's... *shudder*)

like the two main groups on what their opinion of ye-jun is "ye-jun is a irredeemable abuser who should never be portrayed in a good light" vs "ye-jun is sympathetic and has a tragic past to him that we'll make 500 headcanons on" and there's some that don't fit into either but they're not as big as the two other camps.

and while you might think that one must be objective wrong by way of the writing, but the thing is... neither is wrong because they're just making up traits and intentions based on observed traits of ye-jun, and way too many assume their perception must be right (on both sides, i've seen so many be obnoxious about how much ye-jun is an abuser and be so black and white about it and others completely lack nuance when they see ye-jun as sympathetic).

but when you get to the meat of what brenda actually writes on ye-jun, in ways, it's kind of vague. because like it will say that dae made ye-jun feel special but special how? like special as in that he goes from just feeling he's a normal person to like manic levels of ego and feels like he's a god and he can do anything and he's on the top of the world or like he feels special in that his insecurities and negativity diminishes and with dae, he feels like just a normal person who's capable of love?

and there's also that his previous backstory said that dae was perfect (which is the closest we get to an actual definition on how ye-jun sees dae) but perfect in what way? the perfect pet to possess? the perfect husband to cherish? the perfect angel who will save him?

and if you think i'm overthinking things and his actions should tell you enough about him, what i will say that sure, actions speak louder than words, but on the other hand, the path to hell is paved with good intentions. actions do not always reflect intentions. and i think what is ye-jun's intentions matter very much when it comes to discussion of him and his character

I become Dae's friend, I spend so much time with him, I get into his interests and his hobbies, I watch the same shows as he does, I give him so many gifts and presents. I do all of that and he doesn't love me!

I do everything for him! He wants to then become an idol so I do too! I slaved over being an idol and constantly trained myself to sing and dance, and he still doesn't love me! I get rid of everyone who's mean to him and he doesn't love me then!
