So this is still happening #21dayfix. I've fallen off the wagon with daily posts but want to try to get back to them. Although I've been disciplined and accountable, putting it 'out there' on this inter-web thing makes it that much more real, even if no one reads this lol. Chocolate #shakeology has been key in curbing cravings, it fills me up at breakfast and it's loaded with good stuff. I've struggled with cravings, during my pregnancy and post, and I'm surprised at how satisfied I feel throughout the day and especially in the evening. Looking forward to trying the new flavour, Cafe Late, which comes out today. I've been diligent with my workouts, I've missed one day but made up for it the next by doubling up. I abso feel stronger and leaner - I did my first butterfly pull-up last week! Thanks @jordansymonds for the great coaching! CrossFit is my preferred choice of workout but have done some videos at home -#INSANITY abs, yoga and cardio. I'm not one for at-home workout videos but as a single mom of a busy toddler, sometimes I can't make it to the gym and I've had to change my mindset. I've set up a mini exercise station in my basement and it's actually been great. Sometimes Jack sits and watches and says "go mama!" 😂 ❤️. A new MMA style workout comes out this week and I'm thinking of trying it. The colour coded food portion containers I've been using have helped HUGE. I even bring them to restaurants to help with portion control. Loser? Maybe, but they help! Im 16 days in and I'm wearing pants I couldn't squeeze into 16 days ago, they're not skin tight and I can breathe fine in them lol. Looking forward to weighing in, taking my measurements and my 'after' photos on Sunday.
