Mid to late 30s I’d say. (The appearance file I have on him puts him at about 40, but given he’s a fae, I’d say he probably comes across more youthful than that - but not too much. Gwyn also generally appears in his mid 30s, something I think I’ve forgotten to put absolutely anywhere in the canon. *fistbumps the sky*)
I also think every now and then, like the Nain Rouge, Davix kind of gives off that ‘immensely more ancient than anything ever’ vibe.

what being from mythology is davix based on? how about albion?
Davix is not based on anyone or any particular being from mythology. Being common fae, the closest parallel species wise is the information on elementals, but even that isn’t particularly close. (If you read up on elementals you’ll find out pretty quickly that they tend to refer specifically to sylphs (Air), dwarves (Earth), undines (Water) and salamanders (Fire), of which Davix is none of those).
Albion on the other hand does previously exist, but not as a fae. Albion was an ancient name for Great Britain. William Blake illustrated him as a sort of primordial man. And the word albion has been associated with the Atlantic ocean. I made a choice to make him a powerful sea fae.
