beware of the haunting, because catherine zeta-jones as theo might just make you feel the gayest you ever have. on a new episode, we're taking on the '90s adaptation of shirley jackson's the haunting of hill house. not quite the same as the netflix series, the movie follows a group of strangers participating in what they think is a sleep study at a scary old mansion — and, of course, one of them is owen wilson saying, "wow," which just about sums up the whole film.

David Self was hired to write a Namor script, but I thought it was earlier than 2004.  Though, this could be a second or third draft.  This actually makes Namor more like Aquaman, i.e. raised on land, so I’m glad they didn’t go this route.  One of the big battle scenes reminded of the big battle scene in the Aquaman movie, so I’m wondering if some folks at DC didn’t read it also.
