Buongiorno! Io avrei un dubbio 😁 è da diverse settimane che il dito indice della mano sinistra resta come bloccato. Se tento di stenderlo sento dolore e formicolio e alla fine scatta. Succede sempre appena sveglia o se mi addormento dopo pranzo. Durante il giorno funziona più o meno normalmente ma ho sempre dolore. Lavorando in un cinema molte volte per aprire i pacchi di acqua devo usare le dita per bucare la plastica, credo derivi da questo. Posso far qualcosa o devo andare dal mio medico?
Credo tu abbia quello che comunemente viene definito ‘dito a scatto’ e più correttamente TENOSINOVITE STENOSANTE (o di De Quervain) cioè la formazione di una protuberanza sulla guaina di rivestimento dei tendini flessori delle dita (nodulo) che quando incontra una puleggia articolare, ‘scatta’ per oltrepassarla, creando dolore infiammazione.
Certo che devi andare dal medico che probabilmente ti manderà da un ortopedico per contemplare o un trattamento conservativo con antiinfiammatori e fisioterapia o un trattamento chirurgico di sbrigliamento.
Un intervento tutto sommato semplice, come hai potuto vedere se non sei svenuto/a.
