Panic attacks and Anxiety have been with me since I was 12-13 years old. The cause of this was divorce, friendship problems, abuse, and sexual harassment. I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from this which causes my Panic Attack and/or Anxiety to happen. I can control my Anxiety but I can't control my Panic Attacks.

I do apologize if this triggered you or anyone who saw this but just know that I'm ok. Sparkarez knows how to calm me down in person and through the phone.

And I do think about my family that cares about me. My mom, my older brother, my best friends, and my boyfriend.

Heck even Kat, M, Clock, and Grim because they're my family. Kat and M are like a sister to me: understanding, funny, dorks, and jokes around with me non-stop even if it's dirty (Kat XD ). Clock and Grim are like my older brother: protective, supportive, and weird (in a good way).

I love my family even the ones who hurt me. I do have an older sister and a younger brother but I hardly talk to them because they're always with my father. I have a 2 year old niece and 4 year old nephew who i love dearly and will protect them from any harm. I will always think about my family and still be there to help when they needed it. Even if I have to sacrifice something valuable.
