In Baelor case it's never clearly intense, it's all indirect, but you can sense it. He's the heir to the throne, he knows how his words not only have a meaning and weight a tone, so you can tell that he's holding back, especially in public. But still the way he says everything to is so intense you can feel it, his devotion and obsession runs deep, his hand is always touching you or near your body, the way he looks at you with nothing but love and adoration it would be enough to choke you. The way he is watching you even from afar? You feel like an actual dragon is staring at you, waiting for the right moment to strike, yet when you look back all you can see is devotion. On private? It's intense. Baelor is all over you; kissing, hugging, compliments, gifts, asking how everyone has been treating you. He will give you anything you ever ask, no matter how hard it is to find, but also a reminder that he is the heir. He will also send you letters full of poetry, if you two are too far or if he is simply busy that day, with flowers of course. And in those letters he doesn't hold back at all.
His brother, Maekar, is more a man of action, than words. That is not to say he won't say anything sweet, or remind you he loves you, but it comes like breathing for him, although it's still Maekar. So it's not as sweet as he wishes it to be. He is always near you, being either private or public, his hand on your hip or on your back, or maybe he is looking at you with his usual grumpy face, but when his glare is on you is softer. Needier. Desperate even. Maekar is still a Targaryen Prince so, much to his displeasure, he can't be always with you and be over affectionate (not that he is, or well... He is, in his own way) all the time, however, like his older brother, Maekar is going to watch you like a hawk everywhere you go, or have one of his children around you. His children all like you and are willingly to do anything to keep you closer, and to make their father happy. He will send you many many gifts, even if it's something you never talked to him or his children, just something that you remember saying to one of your friends or diary... But maybe you can't be sure...
Lyonel, on the other hand, doesn't really care. If people see him as obnoxious say it to his face then, but he ain't stopping anyway. He's all over you in any possible way, not caring about where or if there is someone in front of you. If you are around, and you definitely are since Lyonel cannot be without you for so long, all of his attention is on you. It's suffocating. He gives you plenty of gifts as well, a lot of them more about you being his, than actual stuff you wished for. Black and golden clothes with his sigil all over them, antlers inspired accessories... You felt like the living Baratheon symbol. But the way Lyonel looks at you; his eyes brighten up, the biggest family on his face, the endless compliments he gives you... Maybe it's not so bad after all. Don't worry though, Lyonel will give you some nice gifts you want if you are being good enough! How can you be sure you are being good enough? You can't. Good luck!
Compared to the other lords here, Dunk cannot give you a lot. He doesn't have a lot for himself in the first place, but does that stop him? No. If he can find something you said you like, even if it was time ago, Dunk will bring it to you, a happy but unsure smile on his face as he watches your face waiting for your reaction. If you start wondering how he could have got something like that, and wait too long to thank him, Dunk will ask what's wrong, to not worry about anything, that nothing is wrong, and it's just a gift. If you react immediately and be happy about it, you can clearly see relief on his face and happiness as he hugs you tightly. Dunk will also be always around you either hugging you or keeping a hand on you, saying it's for safety and keep you closer, kissing your temple or kneeling down to kiss your cheek or lips, very possessively.

Baelor is keeping himself calm so that no gossip will start, but still the way he looks at you it's pretty clear to everyone that you stole the heir heart. Still he will wait and do it in the proper way to court you, as if he doesn't already have the marriage prepared already. As soon as he has you, everything goes quickly. Too quickly.
Maekar is stressed as always trying to do it in the right way, but I fear after like a couple of months his patience runs things and start doing everything quickly as possible. Courting, marriage, kids. Who cares at this point, he's tired and just wants to feel asleep with you in his arms.
You think Lyonel will snap immediately, eh? He does, but also kind of not. Because it does take him a while too completely be fine with it, like at first he's ignoring it. Expect that he gets drunk, he is all over you talking about pure nasty thoughts he has about you, maybe even brings you to his bed for the night. Then it hits him and next thing you know, you are married! And it's been... A week! Only a week???
Like I said before, Dunk is a little anxious and maaybe also scared. Mostly because he isn't used to whatever is going on with his heart. So he will maybe follow you around like a lost puppy, unsure what to say or do, getting redder every time you talk to him. It will take Dunk a while to get completely used to you and his feelings, but once he does... Oh if he's all over you. Startruck.

Hi! Honestly, I think all of them would insist on sharing a bedchamber with the reader after the memory loss because, in their minds, recreating their old routine would “help” her remember faster. The difference is mostly in how they justify it.
Some of them would try to soften it and make it sound reasonable, almost medical. They would frame it as something necessary for her recovery rather than something they personally want. Baelor, Valarr, Dunk, and Daeron all fall into this category, though for very different reasons. They would use the maester’s advice as an excuse, telling her that familiar surroundings and routines are important for restoring memory, that sleeping separately would only make her feel more disconnected from her life. They would act apologetic about it too, speaking gently, reassuring her constantly, trying to make the situation feel safe even while ignoring the fact that she clearly does not want it.
Then there are the others who would not even bother pretending her opinion matters. Aerion, Lyonel, and Maekar would all approach it from the perspective that she is their wife and therefore belongs beside them regardless of her comfort. To them, marriage already settled the issue. Whether she remembers loving them or not is almost irrelevant because the vows still exist, the marriage still exists, and in Westeros a wife is expected to obey her husband. That mentality would shape everything afterward.
Aerion is definitely the quickest to push boundaries. He probably only waits until the second night before trying to sleep with her. The second she refuses, he becomes irritated rather than sympathetic because, in his mind, she is denying him something that is already his. He would insist it is for her own good, that sex will help her remember him faster, but underneath that excuse there is also entitlement. He genuinely believes her body belongs to him as his wife, and he would keep reminding her that taking care of her husband’s needs is part of her duty. Aerion’s approach is the harshest because he lacks patience entirely. He wants immediate obedience and becomes angry when he does not get it.
Lyonel is slightly different because he likes seeing himself as a “good” man. He would wait longer than Aerion, trying to charm her first, making jokes, acting warm and affectionate, almost pretending they are courting again. But eventually frustration gets the better of him. He convinces himself she is only nervous because she feels awkward around him, so he starts encouraging her to drink more around him to “relax.” In his head he is helping her loosen up, helping her stop overthinking. Even then, though, there is still a selfishness to it because what he really wants is for her resistance to become easier to ignore. Compared to Aerion he is less openly aggressive, but that almost makes him more manipulative because he constantly frames his own desires as concern for her comfort.
Valarr is probably the most calculated about the entire situation because he is actively trying to rewrite their relationship in her eyes. He knows the amnesia gives him an opportunity to make himself look like the perfect husband, so he is extremely patient at first. He waits longer than most of the others, maybe a fortnight or more, constantly taking care of her, speaking softly, helping her dress, eating meals beside her, trying to rebuild emotional dependence before pushing physical intimacy. And when he finally does bring it up, he does not frame it violently at all. Instead he corners her emotionally. He tells her he loves her too much to seek comfort elsewhere, that he misses his wife terribly, that he feels guilty even thinking about other women while she is right there beside him. He makes it sound as though refusing him would force him into infidelity or misery, turning intimacy into something she feels obligated to give him because she pities him.
Maekar would initially appear respectful. If she rejects him, he would back away without argument, almost stiff and awkward about it, which would probably make her trust him more than she should. But eventually that restraint cracks. One night she simply wakes up and realizes he is already touching her, already on top of her, inside her, acting as though this is normal between husband and wife. And when she panics, Maekar genuinely acts confused by the intensity of her reaction. In his mind they are already married, already shared a bed before, so he sees her fear as irrational rather than understandable.
Daeron is the messiest emotionally. When sober, he would probably respect her wishes because he genuinely understands that forcing her would hurt her. He would joke awkwardly to cover the tension, sleep on the opposite side of the bed, maybe even leave entirely if she looked frightened enough. But the second he gets drunk, all the restraint disappears. When intoxicated he becomes impulsive, emotional, and needy, suddenly desperate for reassurance that she still belongs to him. He probably stumbles into her room late at night smelling like wine, talking too loudly, touching her without thinking things through properly. And because drunk Daeron is sloppy and emotional and he just takes without giving, probably doesn't even prepare her just fucks her raw and dry.
Baelor is probably the slowest and most methodical of all of them. He would never see himself as the kind of man who simply takes what he wants immediately. Instead he convinces himself he is helping her become comfortable with him again gradually. From the very first night they share a bed he starts pushing physical closeness under the guise of comfort: holding her while she sleeps, stroking her hair, kissing her forehead, touching her waist whenever they walk together, fingering her to sleep to stop her from being so tense. Everything becomes part of his plan to reacclimate her to married life.
And then there is Dunk, who is honestly the hardest to write because unlike most of the others he truly does love her in the healthiest way he can. He desperately wants to help her recover and genuinely hates seeing her frightened of him. At first he would absolutely respect her refusal because hurting her is the last thing he wants. But Dunk also fully believes that returning to their old life together is the best way to help her regain her memories, so he still insists on sharing a room, sleeping beside her, trying to recreate normality. The tragedy with Dunk is that his loneliness eventually starts getting to him. One night he is exhausted, frustrated, missing his wife terribly, and he starts grinding on her while she is sleeping without fully thinking through what he is doing and when she starts moaning he convinces himself that her physical reactions mean more than her fear does. And because he loves her so much, he clings to any sign that some part of her still remembers him, even if that belief is really just an excuse to ease his own guilt, so even while she's begging him to stop he doesn't becase her body accepted him

I think for Aerion the question should be "would he do anything that you approve/wish?" and the answer would be a maybe. He does take your words into consideration, but he probably chooses against it most of the time. Like for example: you will get married, doesn't care if you already have a spouse, if you can't due to religion, if you shouldn't because you are a lower class. A dragon gets what a dragon wants. And you will have no words in the marriage; not even choosing who to invite or your clothes, it will be all in Aerion tastes.
Daeron and Dunk (THE DOUBLE D'S LMAO) would not do anything against your wishes. Dunk more so than Daeron, because if you push the latter enough he will do something, while Dunk is almost impossible to do so. Almost. His breaking point is very, very low compared to Aerion for example, but it's still there. By push them enough I mean trying to escape or clearly flirting (in their eyes) with someone else, and doing it time and time again. However it's gonna to take a while and they both know (well, Daeron, Dunk not so much) how to make you feel bad, so you will probably stop before that.
Lyonel is always a bit of a wild cart. You can't really be sure if what you are doing is going to be a laughing one or a scowl one. Also, I'm of the idea that Lyonel even as a yandere likes you more bratty, more independent. So I'll say to very carefully watch his mood for the day and how he reacts to other things, because maybe that day he decided to keep you inside your room, watching you trying to get out laughing...
AFAB Reader! I'm of the idea that all men in this show will babytrap you, one way or another. Especially since the highborn kind of expect you to do so? But like even before the marriage, if you two are just lovers maybe with different spouses, they will make sure you have their bastard(s).

With Aerion probably when he has enough and takes you for himself. No matter if you are married, a member of the church, a royal yourself, his patience breaks and will literally kidnap you. And he won't do it nicely: if he has to kill someone to have you he will of course, Aerion will hurt you if you don't follow what he said (but he has some restrain since it's you), and will force you to ride with him in the horse gods know where. He doesn't know either since at first he won't bring you immediately home, but after a while... After he made sure that you are his and everyone will acknowledge you as such.
Daeron, on the other hand, will remind you that he is a prince of the dragon. He's a royal even if he doesn't look like it most of the time. He knows what you do, with whom, where and at what time always, even if you can't see him or are sure he wasn't there. You are unsure about how he does it, if has someone he pays for or maybe his dreams, but you start to feel his eyes always on you. And if you are trying to escape or have a secret lover... Oh if it gets worse. Your lover or that someone who tried to help you escape is imprisoned with the worst crime and sentenced to death without a trial, and all Daeron has to say is "be careful with whom you interact with, you may never know who they truly are... Be careful, my sweet."
Lyonel is a mix of the two. You know he has people to follow you around all the time, and he doesn't like it when others get too comfortable with you. The difference is that he will be the one being aggressive and asking question, knowing how intimidating he is and that people are scared of skill as a knight. No matter how much you plea and cry that nothing as happened, it's too late now. Lyonel will ask for a fight with them and will not react well to a no, so whoever that person was to you is long gone. And he will come back to you, armor still on and still bloody, asking how well he fought for your honor.
With Dunk it's probably something that has to do with how delusional he can be, and with how you are so used to him being sweet and gentle to you you forgot not only how big he actually is, but also how strong he is. Like maybe you are talking with someone you knew all your entire life so you are used to their weird antics, but not Dunk. And so he doesn't take it kindly to what he deems being flirting (which it isn't) and simply... Takes you away by pushing you by your wrist. You try to explain the misunderstanding, but no matter how much you try, he is not listening, and his voice will get higher until he's screaming and throws you into the bed like you weight nothing telling you to just stay there, and think about how dangerous it could have been. You see your wrist and notice how red it is...

AH you thought Aerion would punish you physically, don't you? I respond better later but. Yes, kind of. Your punishment with him it's mostly watching him hurt people you hold dear, or feed you false information about them, like his brother Daeron would do. They both will force you into your shared room all alone while they are away, maybe in a brothel they will add not that they would ever cheat on you now that they have you (however before being you? Fair game)
Lyonel would force into your chambers and scream at you for whatever thing you did, remind you why he is doing it, and how he can just throw you away if you dislike it so much (he won't). He will leave you alone without the possibility to come out in any way, with only a maid coming to bring you food. You'll hear his laugh and what is clearly a ball, you hear music and people dancing, laughing, having fun while if you try to get out of your room a knight will bring you back inside with "Lord Baratheon doesn't want to you to get out."
With Dunk is mostly silent treatment, ignoring you and acting if you don't exist. No matter how much you cry his name out and try to follow him, he'll leave you behind enough that you cannot see his larger figure in the mass of people. Or maybe he leaves you somewhere in the middle of nowhere, just for a while. Just enough to let you full panic, then he will come back and hug you, telling that he's sorry too. However it's very rare for him to just leave you all alone.

With Lyonel, Aerion, and Daeron you will never be alone, either guards or some ladies will be with you acting like your shadow. You cannot leave the castle without them, and maybe you can send some letters to your family. Maybe. Sometime. They will probably read them though. However they will let you talk to other people, mostly because they have to, but even then it's not for too long until they appear right behind you ready to whisk you away.
With Dunk you are "free" to do more stuff since he's a hedge knight, but still... It's not like you can go anywhere unless you want one of your wrist/waist tie up with a rope so he doesn't "lose you somewhere" (lie). He isn't a fan of you talking to others either, especially a knight or a highborn, jealous written all over his face. A few times he will allow it, but in a lot of cases he simply answer everything from you, claiming that you are sick or simply shy.

To be more specific: Aerion won't hurt you physically too much, obsession is too strong for him to do so. He obsessed with how you look, how much he can make you his little accessories, and bruises will ruin you and your beautiful skin. He is thinking about a way to print a Targaryen symbol on your skin... Also does sex count? Because he's rougher.
With Daeron and Dunk will mostly be an accident, and they will deeply be apologetics for. Guilty written all over their face as they cannot bear to look at you and will stay away from you for a while, your painted expression forever inside their head.
Asking the same question as before, does sex count??? Because I doubt that Lyonel would hurt you unless you anger him so much, but he also knows that he's stronger than you. What if he hurts you too badly? Lyonel doesn't want that. So he will probably take it out during sex and be much, much rougher.
