I had this weird but a AU in my head for a while. It basically a what if MC was more dark and manipulative.
They still treat the summoners as “friends” to an extent, but everyone else are just tools/weapons to be use to them. And seeing how almost everyone they made a connection with falls in love with them or worship them. They decided to use that to their advantage while still pretending to be nice to them, giving them the necessary amount of affection, and telling them the exact words they want to hear to make it easier to control them emotionally.
If they need some quick money, all they have to do is call one or two of their richest “friends” or the tycoons to give them money and they’ll do it without hesitation. If they need someone to be “taken care of” discretely, call the agents to get rid of them. If they need a meat shield who’ll die for them, call the ones who’ll gladly to do it for them.
If anyone (Aizen) tries to call them out on their ways, they’ll just simply threaten to destroy Tokyo. Beside not like anyone would believe him, everyone trust, love, and worship MC, anyone who doesn’t would just simply be eliminated or treated as public enemy #1. Worst case scenario, MC’s “tools” will just have forcibly convert them.
MC: I suggest you be a little nicer to me, Aizen. You wouldn’t want Ophion to hate now, don’t you? I have everyone in this city under my control including those with power within the government. So if wanted to set Tokyo ablaze, all I have to do is give my son a call and he’ll do it. He’ll do anything to please me, and I do mean anything.
