blinding lights

like to high beam my rear side

the fast cars

you aren't even being chased

nor a hitman

or better yet, running from a heist

passing bodies in the road, surrounded by sirens

a car on its side

and another on the median lies

Not 20 minutes ago

could have been me

someone's need to be somewhere

and nowhere fast

stopped two from ever going again
