Indi and Charlie are becoming sisters at heart! They are gals pals and have been running the yard together. Charlie can actually keep up with Indi and gives her a run for her money! Indi has needed this since Schotten passed and we are so happy to see them bonding. 💜💗 Charlie got a good scrub a dub 🛁 this afternoon and we have never seen water so nasty. It was probably her first bath if ever. Her whites are much whiter now and she smells so good! I am sure she feels good. We've contacted Dr. A. We are pretty sure she has a UTI. So we will get that taken care of. Otherwise, we are working on her gaining some weight and feeling confident. She is a sweetheart and just can't get enough of love. We feel she has been neglected for quite some time. We are unsure of her story, things don't quite add up right but regardless she is safe now and will never be hurt again. March 4th marks the one year sanctuversary for Daisy and Kenna! They traveled from TN to MO to join our crew. Kenna has passed on but we know she is playing with all her other siblings on the rainbow bridge. We dearly miss that giant she had such a gentle and sweet heart. Literally a huge baby. Daisy is still here at the sanctuary. Boy, do we love that girl so much. We were not even sure she would make it to her one year anniversary. This girl lately has been playing and galloping like a puppy thanks to Dr. A's care. We know our time is still short together but we are enjoying every moment with this gentle soul. We are so thankful for them and to other shelters for networking to get them to safety. They were and are both special treasures!
