Dancing with resistance. 💃🏼 Yesterday was absolutely beautiful, but also extremely windy — gusts over 30 mph.💨 It was my first outdoor ride of the year and I was determined not to let a headwind stop me. My dear friend Hannah joined me. We chatted the whole way about all the things and had a blast. Soul sisters through resistance. Not only was the wind fierce as ever, but the roads were full of grit. It was amazing. Why only ride in “perfect” conditions? Get out there, dance with the wind, dirt on your face, hair swirling. That’s life. No one accomplishes big dreams without grit and hard work.
