Coming from your posts about what flusters Rusty, in your genius opinion, how does Rusty handle acts of affection? What gets him smiling and blushing, getting his face peppered in kisses? His partner snuggling into his side when they watch TV together? Having his sweet thing just be smiling at him for no reason other than "I'm just so happy you're mine" ?
What flusters Rusty is kindness & appreciation. As I mentioned before, Rusty deals with assholes in the vast majority of his daily life. So, simply being sweet to him can immediately make him flustered & giddy because it's sadly rare for people to be very kind to Rusty, since he's very closed off to most. He rarely speaks to people, even if they speak to him first. He's more observant, if anything.
Now, what he does when he's flustered is, I imagine, that he's more talkative. Not a full-blown yapper; that's when he's pissed off or being plain sadistic. Rusty is more responsive than the nod or wave he normally gives to most. You can hear him stutter a little bit as he tries to respond to you & he fidgets with his pockets or the chain that's wrapped around his wallet. He also tries to avoid eye contact as he smiles like a goober.

If you called Rusty "Daddy," I think he would get flustered. His face would flush a little, and he would give us a nervous smile. He doesn't hate it, mind you, but I doubt anyone has ever called him "Daddy." He's been called "Big Guy," "Big Man," "Sugar", & etc by lot lizards & waitresses before you. But calling him "Daddy" means that he's your man. As I said, it makes him feel flustered, but it also gives him confidence.
