The Immaculate Consumptive was a project consisting of Lydia Lunch, Nick Cave, Marc Almond and JG Thirlwell. In October 1983, The Immaculate Consumptive played two shows at Danceteria in NYC and one at the 9.30 club in Washington DC. Chris Bohn and Anton Corbijn came along to write about and photograph the project for NME. 42 years ago today.
