We have a few surprises planned as per usual, and a few new covers.š Make plans to come and see us after you get done catching up with the fam that night.
Our brother @rootsvibah will close the night with a cosmic DJ set!

This past Friday night, I drove out to Houston with a lovely group of ladies to see the duo known as Byrne and Kelly (aka Acoustic By Candlelight) at Dan Electros on their current US tour. Iāve had the opportunity to see Neil and Ryan perform together on stage as part of Celtic Thunder, but this was the first time I got to see them outside of that setting.Ā The show was absolutely brilliant and they sang songs from their album, Acoustically Irish, as well as some Celtic Thunder favorites.
There was a medley of Whiskey in a Jar, Raggle Taggle Gypsy, and 500 Miles (theyāve been singing this medley for a while now on their tours), which they dedicated to Mr. George Donaldson, as those were some of the songs he loved singing. It was an awesome celebration of a man who was loved by many and a man who made a lasting impression on those who knew him (personally and/or as a fan).Ā They also sangĀ Hallelujah, which reduced me to tears, as well asĀ Ragland Road, another one that makes me teary eyed every time I hear it. To close out the show, they did a medley of Celtic Thunder songs that had me dancing and singing along in my seat. After a fairly lengthy standing ovation, they sang one more song,Ā Still Havenāt Found What Iām Looking For,Ā which also had me dancing in my seat. I was *thisclose* to getting up and dancing, but I refrained.
It was a fantastic night of music and I canāt wait for the next Byrne and Kelly tour! Here are a few pictures from Friday night. Please credit me if you share them to your page/social media pages (Twitter: StarStruck014; Tumblr: starstruck-14).

I forgot to tell everyone this amazing story. So I was at Dan Electro's on Sunday for Josh's show and while they were taking pictures and kissing ass I was sitting at a table with Trey. At the table behind us there was another band sitting smoking pot so Trey turns around and asks to hit their joint and starts talking to these people. And this is what they're singer proceeds to tell us: Everyone in the band is from the future. Not only are they from the future but they are vegetables from the future. The one that was talking was a carrot the guy next to him was a radish and the girl was celery. And he was said that in the future everything is horrible and the pollution over run the Earth. "Like do you understand how hard it was for me to grow out of the Earth?" We kind of started smirking while he's saying all of this and he was like "that's what everyone does, they laugh but you'll see we've got to change." And so ever since then I've been like "WHAT IF HE WAS A CARROT FROM THE FUTURE?!" What do we do?
