This is a copy paste of what I said earlier on a different post. I'm putting it here.
"Just so everyone is clear, Dan paying animators less than minimum wage because they live in East Asia is the equivalent of American corporate companies seeking work from other countries because it's cheaper and easier to exploit the people.
This isn't about wages anymore. Rather this is an issue of morality and how far he will exploit vulnerable marginal groups of people who need the money and can't afford to refuse the offer. "
Dan, if you can afford to give your animators a wage worth their work, it shouldn't be a problem to do so. Especially if you can drop several months of an animator's pay for several PS4 giveaways.
Bottom line: Human beings are NOT expendable resources. Treat you team with even minimal human decency, and it will be more beneficial for the channel AND for the people who work with you.
