[Fanart] Was planning to post this after the video ActuallyStephen made about quitting Danplan. I wasn't able to finish it back then but here it is!

It's a lot of bad things

To see him with the "almost crying" voice is such a hurtful thing for me and I rlly wanted this situation to turn out alright but I'm pretty sure it's not gonna happen.

It's not about the character which Stephen played out that amazed all of us, it's not about Danplan itself, it's about a friendship that was ruined and it makes me devastated that it happened.

I mean, I know my opinion is just one more in the ocean and it probably doesn't mean anything nor says something someone haven't said already.

Loud crashing reverberated around the small room, shaking the fragile walls. I had found these walls to be perfect, protective. Purple painted across the walls and jokes about knives and being a psychopath scattered across the floor. The perfected personas I made for Daniel to realize my worth clawing at the boxes i had put them in. Huggy Zombie Stephen, Mafia Stephen, all of them... Not enough for Daniel to even so much as think about my worth.

“Nothing. You’re just an Employee” Those words crashed and lashed against the walls. Just an employee? Just an employee?!

“Fuck you Daniel!” I stood up, screaming. “I did everything I could! Why was I not enough for you?” Tears rushed down my face.

Memories flooded me..Hosuh..The beginning of Danplan.. All of them clashing with my thoughts. Memories of happy times with Daniel clashing with my anger, and Hosuh in the back of my mind, like a little voice screaming, “Everything will be alright! It’s okay!”

But it wouldn’t, it isn’t, and it will never be alright. I saw how hard Hosuh tried, and I saw that Daniel thought nothing of me.

A white paint bucket was next to me. I dipped my hands in it and crossed out the purple scattering the walls,  covering up the bits of influential green that was mixed in.

 Only grey and white remained once I was done. I was tired. My eyes, red and irritated from months of tears..

Stephen was literally the only reason I subscribed.

(of course, I still really like Hosuh and Jay so I’ll watch the occasional thing)

In the span of three days danplan lost 70K subscribes and yes from what Stephen said Daniel did a shitty thing. But Stephen also said to not attack either Daniel or DanPlan and wait for Dan's explanation before deciding anything and I've seen some really garbage comments going exactly against what Stephen said.

We still have to wait for Dan's side of the story and yes some people say that he is not providing an answer here and just avoiding the topic but honestly do you really think that's the case? That he is consciously avoiding it?

I may be wrong but Dan is probably currently looking at the outcomes of his actions and he probably has to deal with a lot more. For one he lost a friendship they had since god damn middle school and people suddenly unsubscribing and sending fuckin death threats? (What the hell guys?) There is a lot more to DanPlan than Daniel and Stephen. There is Jay, Hosuh, Ann and whole bunch of animators they all have to first resolve things between eachother before they do anything. It's not just Daniel and Stephen it's everyone who has to deal with it and If you want to do anything about this than go to Stephen's channel, give him some support and don't be a dick to anyone because you are not helping anyone by being an asshole AND especially you are not helping Stephen. Everyone who wrote anything mean to Dan just pours gasoline to the fuckin flame.

Also I doubt Dan even realized that this will be the outcome of what he said to Stephen. I don't think it was something he really thought about until Stephen actually left. Probably taking the issue at hand less seriously than Stephen did and maybe even thinking it'll resolve itself.

Just let them work it out between eachother and be patient.

As much as this whole situation saddens me I'm also glad that this whole thing is not some clickbaity drama that we often see. I don't want Daniel to post some insincere apologies video like many other youtubers before him did on many other occasion. People who are blowing this out are the fans while for now both sides are really trying to keep it civil and private. Some of you guys have gone to war before there even was one.

Also also don't hope for Stephen coming back to DanPlan. When he posted a video about him quitting it was already nearly impossible he would come back and now after what happened to the channel and what some fans did IT IS impossible. It is a lost cause.

Chill, you are not gonna change anything all that you can do now is not make it harder for them.
