Food Of The Gods
The local meal today is at DamGoode Pies on the River Market walk in Little Rock, Arkansas.
I ordered a six inch âstuffyâ Underdog style. Thatâs like what a Hot Pocket hopes to be reincarnated one day as. Yellow and Red peppers, Onions, Black Olives, Cheddar Cheese, and Hamburger in a double-crust actual âpieâ configuration. Lunch was late and breakfast was half a soda and an oatmeal and raisin low-fat bar so hunger had a say in my enthusiasm no doubt. Still, I think it would hold up and I would GLADLY try it again a few times just to be sure ;)
Also, the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was that Ace Pineapple Cider was on draft, so yeah - it's got that going for it!
Damgoode Pies (In the Hillcrest)
The pizza is really good here, especially the stuffy crust. Donât let the name confuse you, though. Theyâre just being clever. You know how pies are usually for dessert? Well, their pizza is so good, itâs like youâre eating dessert.Â
Cool project I did for Damgoode Pies new River Market location. Recreation of famous tv and movie beer labels in a vector format so they could be printed 36Ⳡx 48Ⳡand all seem like they loosely belong together. Go there. Drink beer. Look at pretty artwork.
