ー Dahaka, the Guardian of Time

I wanted to officially start my spooky art for october with the first creature I found scary as a child. This is Dahaka, he is one of the antagonists in two of the Prince of Persia games. His job, as his title says is to make sure people don't fuck up the original timeline basically so as long as you don’t do that he won't hurt you.... but guess what the player does the entire time! Yup...... Anyway, idk why I found Dahaka specifically so scary I used to play all sorts of scary games as a kid that I shouldn't but for some reason he was the only one that stood out.... He used to haunt my dreams... 😥😥 Now, though, I consider him part of my childhood and I feel nostalgic thinking back on these moments he would burst through a random wall and chase me, metal music playing in the background lol! Now thinking back on it, it sounds funny to me that I was scared of him. Dude was just trying to do his job! 😂😂

Some facts I recently found out about him that I thought were interesting:

His horns represent the symbol of infinity

He's likely based off of an evil figure in Persian mythology called Zahhāk
