Over the course of my entire tumblr lifespan, from when I still did Jojo art to now, I had a number of asks or messages telling me they appreciated the body type. Either they saw them as trans or as a naturally curvy guy, it made several people feel better about their own bodies. To postface (if I even remotely used that correctly), I'm not trans, but those messages still meant a lot to me. It's not necessarily the reason for it, but it's definitely a big reinforcement.
