Allow me to present my latest finished kit:
This big boy took me a week to finish-- not because it's hard to build but because IRL commitments.
For a Daban it's a fairly easy and straightforward build; most of the inner frame fits just right and the armor doesn't fall off even if you hold it by the leg. Except of course, if you grab it by the arm, then the entire part pops off.
Loose polycaps are the band of a cheap Gunpla's existence after all.
But even so, complex poses are a problem for the Tallgeese and not just because of the arm problem. My boy is a bit top heavy because of his backpack so I have to adjust some parts before I can make him stand on his own.
Still, the build experience was fun, and it made decide to buy the official Bandai version this Christmas for comparison.
