In Dragon Age: Veilguard, if you choose to play as a Mourn Watcher, it's revealed that you, the player, were found as an infant in the Necropolis.
And what if Emmrich happened to be the one to find you?
For extra added juice, what if this was the event that convinced the Lich Lords to grant Emmrich the right to attempt lichdom?
This comic is a doozy. Longest one I've made in quite a while. But it was fun to get back into drawing long form comics like this, even though I will despise backgrounds til the day I die. Yes, I did cheat by using screenshots and no I will not apologize.
Take this comic with a grain of salt, obviously, but it was a fun little think-piece.
