This is the best news to soothe our panic, but things can always change. Which is why the Save Our Subs project will continue at The Fansub Collective Discord. That link is an open invite, so if you’re interested in offering your services or just want to chime in on the discussions please know that amrayu will keep it open. You are all welcome to join❣ 

I don’t know what is in store for the fansub map yet, but I will keep posting updates here---should they be necessary---to help keep the uninformed informed o; I also keep an up-to-date link list on my blogs where you can find Keiko’s 2018 map, her links of interests, Discord servers and so on. 

This amazing community lives on for yet another day, and I just want to say how blown away and inspired I was by everyone and their efforts.The collective endeavor that had no intention of letting 15+ years of hard sub work become lost to the void, followed by immediate brainstorming for where to go next, is spirit-lifting. Special thanks to amrayu of SARS-Fansubs, of course, who spearheaded the movement and provided a gathering spot. I never felt drained of all hope; quite the opposite, I had---and still have---all the faith that we will land on our feet regardless of what happens, so long as we stick together. I am genuinely thankful to everyone. You are all brilliant and I love you guys. 😭💘

I don’t know what this means for the fansub map yet, but I’m sure as hell grabbing as many subs as I can for safekeeping! As a friendly reminder, Keiko has already amassed a lengthy list of subbers on her links of interest page if anyone is worried about where to locate subs/subbers from here onward. The list may not be a complete one and there are still subbers who, at this point, have only ever posted to D-A, but it’s better than nothing.

Someone else told me about Nyaa, which I will keep in mind. I’m currently using tosarang.net, and am not too troubled about finding downloads for kdrama since I have a lot of resources at the ready. D-addicts was just the most convenient for me. I don’t keep a close eye on jdramas, though, so for the rare instances I want to download something, I’ve never really used anything but d-addicts before. So those suggestions are helpful.
